Version 1.0.0 / October 17, 2026
Terms of Service
Invited early access: These terms govern the shared Vera/Vita member account and its member features. The service is not a background-check service, and no member's identity, intentions, or conduct are guaranteed. The operator's legal identity and the pilot's final retention schedule must be confirmed before general release.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By selecting “Agree and continue,” you enter into this agreement with the operator of Vera. You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a member account on either Vera or Vita. You confirm your age in the member flow. That confirmation is a self-attestation; Vera does not currently verify age with government identification. Do not use the member service if you are under 18.
Vera is invitation-only during early access. You must provide an email address you control, keep account credentials secure, and give accurate information. Do not impersonate another person, create an account for someone else, or evade a suspension.
2. What the service does
Vera provides member profiles, discovery, connection requests, private letters and attachments, and relationship features. The same account and profile data may be presented differently on findgreathusband.com and craftedlifejourney.com. Some profile information and selected writing are public when you publish them. Information you mark for Partners is available only as described in the interface, subject to account and security risks.
Vera does not conduct criminal background checks or verify every fact in a profile. Online interaction carries risk. Use good judgment, protect financial and identifying information, meet in public places, arrange your own transportation, and tell someone you trust about in-person plans. Never send money or financial credentials to another member.
3. Member conduct
You may not use Vera to harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, defraud, or coerce another person; solicit money or financial information; share another person's private information or intimate imagery without permission; upload unlawful or harmful material; misrepresent your identity or age; or interfere with the service's security. Contact us through the Contact page to report a safety concern. You can also block a member where that control is available.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Vera a limited, non-exclusive license to store, format, secure, and display that content as needed to provide the service and according to your visibility choices. Public profiles and posts can be copied, saved, indexed, or shared by people who can view them. Do not submit content you do not have permission to use. Vera does not use member content to train general-purpose AI models.
5. Privacy and moderation
The Privacy Notice describes data handling. You are responsible for deciding what to make public. Vera may review reported content, investigate abuse, remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect members, enforce these terms, comply with law, or secure the service. Content is not guaranteed to be pre-screened, and reporting does not guarantee a particular outcome.
6. Accounts and removal
You may remove a published profile through the available account controls. To request deletion or correction of other account-linked information, contact us through the Contact page. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or safety investigations. Copies already downloaded or shared by others may remain outside Vera's control.
7. Availability and changes
Vera is an early-access service and may change, pause, or discontinue features. We will post updated terms and require renewed agreement when a material version change requires it. No paid membership is offered through this agreement. We will provide separate terms and required cancellation information before introducing paid features.
8. Disclaimers and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any member will be safe, truthful, compatible, or seeking the same outcome as you. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Texas law applies to these terms except where another law's mandatory consumer protections apply.
9. Contact
For questions, complaints, or requests, use the Contact page. The operating entity and formal legal contact details must be confirmed before general release.
