Privacy Notice

Invited early access: This notice covers the shared member account on findgreathusband.com and craftedlifejourney.com. Do not submit government-ID images, financial credentials, medical records, or other information that is not needed for your profile. The operator's legal identity, complete vendor register, and category-specific retention schedule must be confirmed before general release.

Information we handle

• Account information: email address and account identifier used by the authentication provider to sign you in and recover access.
• Profile information: name, city/region, work and education, interests, values, relationship intention, selected sample photos, and profile visibility choices that you provide.
• Member activity: connection and relationship state, letters and drafts, private attachments, contact details you choose to share with Partners, published blog posts, and reports or moderation decisions.
• Technical and support information: request and security logs, information you send through contact or early-access forms, and information needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.
• Age and agreement record: the time you confirmed that you are at least 18 and the versions of the Terms and this notice you accepted or acknowledged. We do not ask for or store your date of birth in this flow.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts; create and display member pages; provide discovery, connections, letters, and profile tools; honor visibility and blocking choices; respond to safety reports; protect the service; meet legal obligations; and answer support and privacy requests. Some relationship, gender/category, religious, or other profile information may be sensitive under privacy laws. Do not add medical or sexual-health details to a profile.

What other people can see

Information in a published profile or public post can be viewed by people with the page address and may be copied or indexed outside our control. Private letters and attachments are intended for their participants; contact details are shown only as described by the Partner-sharing controls. Report evidence is available to authorized reviewers. No website can guarantee that another person will not capture or redistribute information they can access.

Service providers and disclosures

Supabase provides account authentication; Cloudflare processes Worker requests and stores member records in D1; FormSubmit processes certain contact and early-access form submissions. Providers may process information to deliver their services under their own terms and our applicable instructions. We may disclose information when needed to protect members or the service, comply with law, respond to valid legal process, or complete a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not currently offer member-data sales or targeted-advertising features.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, protect members, maintain security, comply with law, and resolve disputes. Published profiles can be removed using the account controls. For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests, contact us through the Contact page; we may verify the request before acting. Certain records may be retained where an exception or legal hold applies.

The invited pilot's exact retention periods for inactive accounts, reports, logs, and backups have not yet been finalized. This is a launch blocker for general registration; we will publish category-specific criteria and update this notice before opening the service broadly.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or opt out of certain processing of your personal data, and to appeal a decision on a rights request. Send a request through the Contact page. You do not need to create a new account to make an initial request. We will verify identity proportionately and respond under applicable law.

Cookies, security, and changes

Authentication and security features may use browser storage or request metadata needed to keep sessions working and protect the service. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, but no system is perfectly secure. We will update this notice when data practices materially change and identify the current version in the member agreement flow.
